Your registrations details: Your company, job title and full name will be used for printing purposes. By finalising your registration, you agree that the information you have provided is correct.
CAPA will happily accept replacement delegates, however delegate passes cannot be shared or split between delegates under any circumstances.
CAPA has the right to refuse, refund or reject registrations.
For Credit Card transactions, your order will be processed in USD. Daily currency fluctuations and any credit card and/or international transaction fees that your bank may charge may result in slight variations to the amount charged to your card.
For American Express transactions, please email events@centreforaviation.com. Payment via AMEX will be processed in AUD at the current exchange rate.
For Bank Transfers, please email events@centreforaviation.com. Payment must be received within 7 days from the date of invoice. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. All payments must be finalised prior to the conference. If payment is not received on time, delegates will be required to pay via credit card on-site or provide proof of payment.
Kindly note: invoices will not be issued for bank transfers within 10 days prior to event commencement.
Discounted registrations: To be entitled to discounted rates, registration and payment must be received before the expiry date advised and paid via credit card. If payment is not received by this date, the Full Rate will apply. Discounted registrations are strictly non-refundable and cannot be split nor shared in any way.
Refunds will not be issued for any price differences to passes purchased at a higher rate before a promotional discounted rate is advertised.

Airline delegate passes are for full time direct employees of scheduled airlines only. Any affiliates, ACMI providers/charter airlines or subsidiary businesses e.g consultants to airlines, secondees, or any commercial businesses related/linked to airlines such as handlers, aircraft leasing businesses, catering and airport ground services, are not deemed as direct full time airline employees and regular delegate fees are applicable. Airline delegate passes are strictly limited. CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications for the airline delegate passes.

Media delegate passes include access to the summit day sessions only. Registrations may incur a cost. Media delegate passes are strictly limited. CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications for the media delegate passes. All registered Media Delegates must reference "CAPA - Centre for Aviation" and/or "CAPA Airline Leader Summit" in any articles generated from the event and/or event sidelines.
Insurance, travel and accommodation: Insurance, travel and accommodation will be the responsibility of the attending delegate. CAPA shall not be responsible in any way for personal injury to the delegate or his staff, agents, contractors, invitees or members of the public, travel and accommodation.
All delegate passes include refreshments and lunch and full conference sessions.
Cancellations must be made in writing to CAPA. Refunds will be based on the date of receipt, cancellation date and issued as follows:
45 or more days prior to the event – 100% of the registered amount less USD100 administration and bank fees per delegate.
15-44 days prior to the event – 50% refund of the registered amount less USD100 administration and bank fees per delegate.
14 days or less prior to the event – no refund. Once the conference has commenced – strictly no refund. (Discounted registrations are strictly non-transferable).
Any approved refunds will be issued following the conclusion of the event only.
CAPA reserves the right to amend or cancel the programme schedule, speakers or topics without prior notice to participants.
